December is Substance Abuse Awareness Month

From Catawba County Library Reports

As you prepare to spend more time than usual with your family members, arm yourself with the information needed to recognize the early signs of potential problems, and find out what you can do about them.

The Catawba County Library System and Cognitive Connections Incorporated are presenting two substance abuse awareness seminars, “Awareness, Signs & Symptoms of Abuse” on Monday, December 11 and “What Drugs Are People Using These Days?” on Tuesday, December 19. Both seminars will be hosted in the Newton Library Auditorium from 6 pm to 7 pm.

Don’t leave yourself open to, “If only I’d know…”
