Students Capitalize on Offerings at The Summit and at CVCC

Community College has changed a great deal since most educators were students, and today’s students can capitalize on those changes to help them achieve their goals of attending a four-year university, attending a community college, or joining the workforce better prepared.

Through the College and Career Promise articulation agreement among the 16 state universities in North Carolina, several NC private universities, the community college system, and high schools in North Carolina, our students have opportunities we never had as students – earning specific college credits while in high school as well as receiving dual required credits in many situations.
