Jeffrey Isenhour has had one goal in the 20-plus years he’s been an educator – to do everything he can to create opportunity for his students.
This drive and passion to help open doors for youth certainly put the Bunker Hill High principal on the road to being chosen as the 2017 Wells Fargo North Carolina Northwest Regional Principal of the Year.
He joins a field of seven other regional winners who will now compete for the state title. The winner will succeed the 2016 recipient, Melody Chalmers principal of E.E. Smith High School (Cumberland County Schools).
