
If there’s one thing nearly 44 years of chamber of commerce experience has taught Danny Hearn, it’s that complacency can be disastrous.
“Getting too comfortable puts a lot of chamber executives out of business,” Hearn said. “You’ve got to take risks and do things differently. At times that means you’re going to fail. But it’s how you succeed in the long run. Professionally, I don’t want to be good and valuable. I want to be great and essential.”
