Sales and Service Representatives interface with customers via inbound or outbound calls or the Internet for the purpose of selling basic products and services.
Responsibilities include processing customer orders and sales; providing and receiving various information; selling client products plus handling miscellaneous customer service and general information calls via the phone or Internet.
The Team Leader Customer Care role is the first supervisory level position in the Team Leader career path. This position is responsible for supporting; coaching; developing and supervising a group of employees in a Service Center/Operations environment. The Associate Team Leader will be effectively using various tools; running reports; demonstrating leadership through acknowledging the fair and consistent application of policies while demonstrating a variety of coaching styles and techniques. This position will have up to 18-20 direct reports.
The Operations Manager’s position is responsible for coaching and supporting Team Supervisors in a Service Center/Operations environment. This position is also responsible for ensuring client service levels and budgets are met on a consistent basis. It demands a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast paced; rapidly changing environment.
