The Catawba Valley Community College Small Business Center will present “How to Start a Business” on Wednesday June 22 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at CVCC’s Corporate Development Center in Hickory.
Starting a business can be overwhelming. This program helps participants assess their skill set, assess business feasibility, and consider the legal structure options and requirements for their business idea. The workshop covers many facets of the business start-up including the need for a business plan and provides information on the various resources available to assist with starting a business.
